Ooh, Kim, this is a favorite in our house! I've been making a scaled down version of this for several years. I use real maple syrup and everything else the same, and in my cooker, the b/s chicken breasts cook in an afternoon. Mine are usually done after 3-4 hours. We love this, my husband actually told me once he liked it better than bbq beef! Which if you knew him, you'd be surprised (that man LOVES his red meat!)
